Desert living at its finest. Our home is located in one of the finest neighborhoods in the desert & close to shopping, dining, golfing, tennis, bike trails, hiking, casinos and much much more. A custom remodel completed in 2021 makes it feel as if you're stepping into a brand new home. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a powder room, bonus outdoor bath, massive living and dining room, tv room, game room and a sparkling pool and hot tub.
This home offers a large, fully stocked galley-style kitchen (with breakfast nook) featuring quartz countertops, high-end appliances, tons of cabinetry and skylights for natural light. Enjoy the large vaulted ceiling living room and dining room that open to the outdoors with massive sliding patio doors offering effortless indoor/outdoor living and entertaining.
The master suite is huge, offering an en-suite bath, large walk-in closet, gas fireplace, office desk and direct access to the south facing back yard. Each of the spacious guest bedrooms have large closets, their own charming baths and shared outside patio area. Rear patio pavillion is south-facing & ultra-private with citrus & palm trees.
Basic amenities have been provided including clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and more. You also have full access to the washer and dryer located in the attached garage. The kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to use our cookware, utensils, and all appliances as needed. House is equipped with smart TV’s with access to internet apps like Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu.

CLEANLINESS
Though we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels by the washer. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
DAMAGES
We understand that accidents happen but we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For our extended stay guests, all utility bills except water shall be forwarded and paid by the tenant(s) and we require more frequent home cleanings at an additional charge with our preferred cleaning service provider.
