Positive: The rooms were very clean and neat. Towels and bedding were new and fresh. The breakfast was simple but so good. Lots of cherries to eat. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. There’s coffee machine available in lounge for own use which was great. The cherry trees are so pretty with all the cherries. We had a lovely, comfortable stay overnight.
Negative: There’s a gravel road to the farm but it was a decent road at least.

Positive: - exceptionally clean - pleasantly friendly staff (kudos to Vania and Telma for their hospitality) - beautiful farm, lots of fruit trees - nice pool - delicious and generous breakfast - locally sourced products

Positive: Quinta Lourena is a hidden gem! A little oasis hidden south of Guarda. This quinta hotel is ideal for a retreat away from distractions and stress. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, the pool is perfect, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and the host is very welcoming and lovely including Lourena the cat which is the princess of this cherry Quinta. We stayed only one night because we were traveling, but this place is ideal for at least 3 days as a retreat.
Negative: The GPS will send you the completely wrong way. The access road is near the "Padaria dias" bakery in Tortosendo.
