Summary: This Quinta is the perfect place if you want a quiet and intimate stay. The staff is friendly welcoming, and accommodating. The dinner service was excellent and we had a special visit from Fiona; the Quinta cat, which added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. The view of the Douro Valley and River is magical!

Summary: Perfect located vineyard, high class facilities and very helpful and pleasant staff. Absolutely a recommended Quita to stay in to enjoy life and learn about vine-making and tasting.

Summary: Beautiful Quinta perched on a hill above the Douro River. Rooms were nice, and the breakfast and particularly dinner were excellent. We also did the wine tasting in the store.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Absolutely stunning views from our patio. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. Our room was incredibly clean. The drive up to the hotel was a challenge,(for us) however, the staff drove our luggage down to our car after our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this property to stay at in your travels.

Summary: Our room was so comfortable with an exterior door and sitting area. One of 10 rooms on the property it was a quiet location. Breakfast is delicious overlooking the river and valley. Small menu is available all day (til 5:00) and special dinner is served nightly at 7:30 from a very limited but delicious menu. Make reservations before 5 pm of the day you wish eat. Love the wine tasting and review and all the wines are available for purchase and very reasonably priced. Close to Penhao and many other wineries and activities. I’d highly recommend this Quinta. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice pool, walking areas and covered parking.
