Positive: The location, spacious rooms, games room for kids, very helpful owner. Just had a great weekend with the family.

Negative: Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't available, but we were given 2 bottles of procesco which was a very nice gesture.

Positive: We love the view. The location. Close to the town and then peaceful at night on the quiet spot. Host was really accomodating .

Positive: Location was stunning, parking was ample. Short walk to local bars and cafes. Views in the morning were amazing.

Negative: Difficult to say, we were spoilt by the weather being so good so did not have anything to not like.

Summary: We came to experience the Great North Run and fell in love with "The View" we shall return.

Positive: The house was beautifully decorated, really spacious, in an amazing location with lovely views of the coast. Loved that there’s a party room, a great feature for us as a group of young adults! Couldn’t fault Graham, he was happy to help with anything and always contactable.

Negative: It could have been cleaner but no major concerns that would put us off returning.
