Positive: If there is a paradise on earth, this is it. The kindness and care of the owners and staff (wonderful Olga and dear Ruta) exceeded all expectations. I was so sad to leave, I literally cried. And yes, every morning, even if you didn't order breakfast, they bring you fresh bread!
Negative: The only thing I would like to ask for is another frying pan.:)

Positive: It was a pleasure. Everything is as beautiful as on the pictures and everyone was super nice and kind! The Hosts really made sure we enjoy our stay and besides all stuff being very sweet, we specifically want to thank Rute for her openness and hospitality.
Negative: The properly itself was flawless. Even though the area is super nice, you do need a car to get around and considering Geres, it might take some time to reach the desired spots.
Summary: 10/10 - we would go again

Positive: Beautiful accommodation! The place is lovely and very stylish! Tricky to find but well worth the effort. We had a wonderful time over all.
Negative: The bed was kind of challenging to sleep on. But we made it work at the end.

Positive: Quinta dos Olivais was a dream. Absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation, and on top of that it sits in the heart of Minho, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful nature around, as well as the villages and cities. The eco friendly approach was great, and the electric car charging port was a nice surprise.
Negative: Bed sunk a bit too much for me. One of the bathrooms on the bottom floor could use some more ventilation. We stayed in a week were there were some nearby local celebrations at night. Mostly ok, but one night it was quite loud and late. So if you are a light sleeper, call in advance to ask about such events around the time of your stay.
