Positive: The staff were the most amazing people and got out of their way to help me when my car broke down. I have never came across such a welcoming friendly hospitality, people that are genuinely empathic, generous, caring. The place itself is very clean, the experience is very cosy and authentic. I loved it!!

Positive: The location was perfect and on route to the places we wanted to go. Away from the chaos of the Christmas lights yet close enough to get there easily. Other than that the rooms were clean and tidy and warm when we arrived as the reception gentleman took care in switching on the AC for when we arrived. Thank you.

Negative: The Quinta could have a snack machine or a little mini supermarket for guests, like ourselves that arrived late with kids looking for a bite to eat. The donkey that was out in the cold and braying throughout the night, with the stillness of the night it echoed and around the Quinta making it difficult to sleep.

Positive: Our studio was well equipped , and we had a small outdoor area, we overlooked the swimming area. The area around the pool was well maintained , the pool was superb , and I swam early before breakfast each morning. Lots of shade with trees. The staff were delightful and breakfast was good, fresh and varied. We ended our Estrella hike here so enjoyed the rest. Intermarche is 5 minutes walk away too. We wish to return. Thank you all .
