This cozy single storey villa, gracefully decorated with a touch of vintage style, located on a large property, completely surrounded, and close to Bom Sucesso Resort with access to the golf course, and very close to the Óbidos lagoon. With a very spacious and bright living and dining room, with 3 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV, fireplace, table and chairs for 8, it has direct access to the outside and the barbecue area with a table and benches to enjoy an outdoor meal free near the pool (11x6m). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The three bedrooms are charmingly decorated with taste and refinement, two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has its own bathroom, also with access to the outside. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. The villa also has a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom next to the garage area.
