Positive: Wonderful experience from start to finish. Although it started two days previous when we were text by the staff to ensure they had everything set up for us. We travelled with our 1 year old and they were so kind and lovely to him. The room was fabulous and it was just an excellent, relaxing stay. Top notch. The staff are fantastic.

Positive: The entrance hall is impressive and creates a good first impression.
Negative: Overall, the hotel feels a bit tired and something just feels off… slightly artificial or lacking warmth. The breakfast was not very good. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the room itself felt uninviting, especially compared to the entrance area. The towels didn’t smell fresh, and the shower design is not practical - water tends to run out of the shower area. Outdoor elements like the paths, pool, and parts of the garden seem to have seen better days and could use some refreshing.
