Positive: The location and views are amazing. Quiet, private location with a beautiful swimming pool and views of the sea. The house is super cosy and even nicer than in the pictures. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations not only about Terceira but also Faial (where we were headed next) and explained many local customs, history, etc. The house had everything you might need. Our kids loved it and so did we!

Positive: House is fabulous and perfectly equipped, large kitchen and living room are perfect for groups. Beds are comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. View from the house and pool is magnificent, no neigbourhs, surrounded by forest with sea view, can't be better than that. Car can be parked in the yard, but we kept car in a street, it is safe and no traffic at all. Communication with the host was smoth, and everything was as agreed.

Negative: Nothing, this is perfect accommodation.

Positive: This house is a dream!!! Truly a special place! The pictures do not do justice. The interior is spacious, very well kept and well equipped. But even better, the outdoor space is breathtaking. When at the house, I was spending my time taking in the amazing view of the backyard and enjoying the sounds of nature and birds flying. It felt like a relaxing retreat. I also did a little exploring on the garden behind the pool and the visuals are just incredible. Claudia, the host, is very warming and gave us a tour when we arrived. You can really tell how much love she puts into this place - understandably! I’ve already recommended this place to many friends and family and I’ll definitely miss spending time on the back porch.

Negative: This was more of a “us” problem - there are no fans/air conditioning - which was not a problem since the house gets plenty of ventilation when the windows are open, but since my family is more comfortable sleeping with the windows closed, at night, some air circulation would have been appreciated.

Summary: The most relaxing vacation in a dream house - absolutely love it!!

Positive: My family, friends, and I had an unforgettable vacation at Claudia's house on Terceira Island. The house is incredibly spacious and was built with a lot of heart and attention to detail by Claudia for her family and children. Everything is well-thought-out and of the highest quality. Our children were thrilled with the pool and spent all their time there. Their happiness knew no bounds! However, the most memorable part is the view of the ocean from the house's terrace. There is nothing better than watching the endless expanse of the ocean, the forest, and the sky without any signs of civilization or neighbors. Complete seclusion and harmony with nature! Claudia is a wonderful host. Very warm and at the same time professional. It was incredibly comfortable to communicate with her, and she made our stay even more enjoyable. This house is the perfect place for those seeking peace, comfort, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended!
