Positive: Beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful setting. Isabel made us a wonderful dinner which included many of the estate’s wine for food pairing. We were also able to take a tour of the winery’s production facility.

Negative: It is a bit remote but don’t let that sway you away.

Summary: One of the highlights of our trip the stay and food was exceptional.

Positive: We loved the 300 years old house surrounded by vineyards in a quiet area less than an hour drive from Lisbon. The host Isabel was exceptionally welcoming and warm. We had splendid breakfast set in an elegant dining room and enjoyed all the period features of the house. It’s been newly renovated and is top notch in comfort and style. We were offered free wine (delicious! Highly recommend!) and had a wonderful sleep in a comfortable bed. Overall, it was the best stay during our visit to Portugal. Also, the restaurant where we were advised to go for dinner was exceptional.

Negative: We only regret we had just one night to stay there

Positive: Great breakfast. Stayed on the large Quinta property--no need to leave. Had an hour long hike through the vinyards.

Negative: No tv but not an issue. WiFi didn't reach the room but it was fine because I am sensitive to the radiation.

Positive: Loved our stay! Quiet, simple yet elegant, rural winery/quinta. Fascinating furnishings in the common areas. Isabel is an amazing chef and hostess. Highly recommend dinner there (with their wines of course). Modern accomodations, clean, large bathroom.

Positive: Fantastic breakfast. U can get what U like and cooked fresh for you. Very Welcoming by Isabel who is an amazing host. Fantastic views and nice rooms. A beautiful old farmhouse in middle of a winery.

Negative: I have stayed for many years and internet is still a bit weak....

Positive: Isabelle the host was incredible, so helpful and looked after us really well. Setting in the vineyard is lovely. We arranged to have dinner at the house one evening which was an amazing experience - food was excellent, plenty of the wine from the vineyard and beautiful surroundings.

Negative: Bed wasn't that comfy, felt like the mattress was at the end of its life.
