Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment only 150 yards to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). It's a spacious 1000 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.
Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 new queen mem foam beds, 55" TV, new sofa, work & dining areas, new bathroom, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking.
Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. The entire space was remolded and furnished in 2019 and includes hard wood floors, three memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV and 42" bedroom TV including local HD channels, Hulu Premium, Amazon Prime, Disney+ & ESPN+. a couple of comfortable sofas with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.
Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground.
The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks.
The bathroom, like everything else, is brand new and spacious with large vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board.
The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom.
Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side.
This apartment is in a two unit building, there is one other apartment below you, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors.
You will have private access to the entire apartment. The only shared spaces include the patio, back yard, and laundry room.

You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic.

Summary: We stayed here while traveling for work and enjoyed every aspect of this home. Parking was conveniently accessible with our own private driveway. The location was close to great restaurants and bars but yet just a short walk to the beach. The interior was wonderfully furnished and comfortably accommodated myself and two colleagues. We were particularly impressed with the exceptional hospitality of our hosts, Todd and Bobbi. We hope to stay here during future visits to Quincy, but if it happens to be unavailable we’ll make sure to look for other properties hosted by Todd and Bobbi.

Summary: It was everything I hoped for and better. Best thing were the mattresses which my middle-age son with back problems loved. The whole place was great with extra amenities and I couldn’t expect better. Easy beach access down the block. We drove to the north Quincy metro red line to go downtown and parked there. $5 weekdays.

Summary: I loved my stay here and for the first time ever am looking to return to a vrbo spot. Todd et all thought of everything! The kitchen has sharp knives! Each bedroom has a phone charger for any phone. A very clean and well-appointed space on so many levels. Beds were comfy as were the sheets and comforters. It was perfect for me (on my own with occasional guests)... I loved to be able to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise in the middle of January. Todd was great at taking care of snow after a big storm and a little storm. So very attentive, in general! I'm intending on moving to the Boston area and trying out different areas and vrbo's and I have to say that this is likely my favorite of all of them so far! I didn't know anything about Quincy and found myself loving a bit out of the hustle and bustle of Cambridge and what-not but just a quick drive away if I wanted a fix and/or a certain meal. I loved that there was a natural food store within a couple of miles ... really I could go on and on :) It was a great fit for me!
