3 bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom #1 has a king bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 queens. Bedroom #3 has 1 twin and is separated from Bedroom #1 by a frosted french door. The doors can be left open if staying with small children or closed off for privacy. Full bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. Full bathroom with shower downstairs. Living room, kitchen/dining room, sunroom.
Beautifully landscaped yard with outdoor fire pit/seating area for 6+ people out back. Covered front porch with a simple bench seating in front.
