Summary: Overall very nice, friendly neighbors and dogs. The rooster is right on time each morning at 5:am. However, too many rules and do nots. I felt I was back in my parent's home. Need a chair in the spare bedroom and the hallway bathroom is not ADA compliance. The bathtub was really high and hard to get into. It would have helped if there were grap bars. The bottom on the tub became slippery when wet and soapie. For the price, location and just spending the night, overall a good deal.

Summary: We loved this house. It felt roomy and had plenty of room for the 6 of us to eat and also sit around and play games. Easy to get to and only a few minutes from Walmart in Rexburg. We would definitely stay again!
