Summary: Property served our purposes well. Online listing was accurate regarding proximity to downtown, Opryland, etc. However, the property is also located directly under a heavily used airport approach and, if you are at the home, the very low flying aircraft on approach to the airport can make relaxing outside a challenge. The property is clean, but somewhat dated (furniture, linens, etc could use updated and there isn’t a dishwasher. Owners/property managers were great to deal with and very responsive to questions, etc.

Summary: Perfect rental’. Everything i needed was available. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Jean the host Was very helpful. Highly recommended, plenty of sleeping space, fenced backyard. Clean. Only thing that would have been great to have had would be a small desk or work space, or coffee table. All workhad tobe done at the kitchen table which was ok since i was staying there alone

Summary: Great location if you plan to use the house as a base for day trips outside of Nashville. It's still relatively close to downtown if you want to hit Broadway. Neighborhood was quiet and felt like home. Hosts are super responsive if any issues arise. The AC went out during our stay and they offered to put us at another location while it was repaired. I would use these hosts and this house again in the future.

Summary: We appreciated all of the bed space! One. king, 4 full beds and a pull out sofa. It was a bit of a drive (about 25 minutes to downtown)....but for the price, it was worth it. Thanks!

Summary: In approaching the property I felt like I was pulling up to someone's house - nice neighborhood. Just average people and it was what I was hoping for. The property is well maintained given the age of the neighborhood and all of the needed elements were there, including washer and dryer. I found everything to be clean and taken care of so I could do my work and then kick-back and relax the rest of the time. I really appreciated the fact that there was a walk-in shower as too many are tub only. All of my linens were clean and for my three nights I felt like I was home. Thanks Brent & Jean... I look forward to my next trip.
