Positive: The host, an older and very friendly Dutch man, was a highlight. It was a great opportunity to see what a typical Dutch house looks like. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. The location is relatively close to the metro station.

Negative: The neighborhood looks a bit run-down. However, even when returning from the metro close to midnight, we didn’t encounter any issues. It’s quite difficult to find a free parking spot (we arrived on a Saturday evening), but there is a P+R parking lot near the metro station that I recommend (only €6 per day, plus €6 for round-trip metro tickets for two people). Just note that you need to check in first, as after parking at the P+R you must use public transport within an hour.

Positive: Rob is very kind and thoughtful person, he helped us for everything we asked. Room was very clean and large enough. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty. The location is also very close to metro. We were happy to chose this place 🫠

Positive: Since we had a small child with us it was really convenient that breakfast was served to our room. The host looked out for us when other guest were being noisy which was highly appreciated. A cot was provided with the added bonus of a baby sleeping!

Negative: the staircase was very steep but that is too be expected and the rooms had windows above the door which made it nice and bright during the day but difficult with a toddler at bedtime when other guests turn on the landing light.

The actual distance is 1 km around which we were managing with my 4 years baby The room facilities are excellent Rob is helpful person and serving excellent breakfast Perfect stay for family I would recommend to stay....
