Summary: The owners live next door and are very friendly and helpfu.. This place is for one person or a couple. It is very small, even by standards for studio apartments. Basically, it’s living/bedroom/kitchen in one space and a toilet/shower room. The only thing missing in terms of amenities was a television, but I used my iPad to livestream a number of channels, including some in English. Three metro stops are about a 10-minute walk from the apartment building. There are a number of restaurants not far away. It is a short walk to rue Mouffetard which is a wonderful pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars.

Summary: I’ve been to Paris many times over the years, but always on the right bank and in a 5th floor walk up. I loved the studio and Idris’s wonderful hosting, and the fact that there were two elevators with one always available when I needed one. I spent my few days visiting parts of the city I’d not been to. Having my cozy studio to come home to after a day of exploring was wonderful!

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here on a two day stop in Paris. This is an outstanding property! 1. Iris (owner) is extremely easy to work with. 2. Unit is small (US standards) but very clean and had everything you could need. The sleeper sofa was very comfortable. The French balcony was cute and there were nice views. 3. Neighborhood felt very safe and was an easy walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. I would 100% stay here again if I return to Paris!! Thank you Idris for sharing your home :)

Summary: This Paris studio is clean and quaint. I loved the location because it wasn't super touristy but walking distance to many sites and two metro stops. The owner is very nice, responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Summary: The accommodation is highly recommended. The flat is new, very clean and in a quiet area. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and could be timed to suit our needs. There are two metro stations a few minutes' walk away, so you are optimally connected to the city centre. We would come back again and again!

Summary: The apartment is tiny but it has everything you need for a short stay. It was super clean and the couch was very comfortable for two people to sleep. The apartment building is a charming residential building in the heart of Paris. We really appreciated the heated towel rack in the bathroom. We used the bus a lot, so I recommend buying the Paris pass. The apartment is a good 15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. You can buy bus tickets at the subway station only or pay cash on the bus. Any subway or bus tickets that get wet if you get caught in the rain get stuck in the machines and you have to pay again.
