Positive: The location was great for us. It was very close to our families' homes for graduation celebration. Since 3 families stayed in the home, it was very comfortable to gather all 6 of us and hang out. There is plenty of room for all of us. Also able to make breakfast with all the amenities in the kitchen was great! Nice amenities, able to do a load of wash, make coffee, and a kitchen full of everything you'd need. Additionally, the price was good. And you were not gouged by all the other fees (cleaning fee). We would stay again!

Negative: Unfortunately, the backyard was not very private or inviting. We did not hang out back there except for coffee in the morning. It wasn't that huge of a deal as we were spending most of the daytime at our families home. But a little privacy fencing from the street would be nice. Additionally, this is not the property owners fault, but somebody's dog barked continuously at night. A little annoying.

Positive: Easy to get to, spacious - each of the kids had their own bedroom, as did I - clean, comfortable and set up very nicely!

Negative: Nothing - it was great. I would be happy to stay there again!

Positive: location and value were excellent, owner/agent was highly responsive to any requests

Negative: neighbors dogs barked at sunrise everyday and woke us up. front door was challenging to latch and often didn’t close correctly. digital door lock was challenging to activate for input, once it was on and activated, it worked flawlessly, but we struggled to with waking it up every time.

Positive: Worked perfectly for me. Quiet neighborhood, photos were as shown, actually house is nicer than photos depicted. Everything I needed was in the house. All new kitchen and bathrooms. Nice shower. Owner was quick to respond. No problems at all.
