This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bedroom home offers a large living room, cozy sun room and large dining room to enjoy time with family and friends, all with the best lakefront views. The home has hardwood floors throughout the downstairs area and master suite. A large eat-in kitchen is stocked with full size appliances and a dishwasher. Relax on the private deck, sit around the cozy fire pit, or enjoy the view from the dock and take in the most tremendous sunsets on Lake Tiogue. This private road is extremely quiet, and you may even sneak in a peek at the local Bald Eagles living near by.

The house has a private dock so feel free to bring your jet skis or pontoon boat to enjoy the water. Water toys will need to use the public boat launch to get in.

Summary: Home was well equipped with cooking / kitchen equipment and had numerous back up cleaning supplies. Water view was just beautiful! Managed to have a fire at night and a one year birthday party. Home is close to the highway and able 10 miles from TF Green airport.

Summary: This immaculate home was a wonderful base for our vacation. 3 adults, 2 children. The house is lovely and spacious. Great kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Beautiful views from all rooms in the house. We enjoyed the fire pit and dining on the outdoor deck. The canoe and kayak were a hit. We appreciated that the house was stocked with needed items and enjoyed our stay immensely. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you!

Summary: 4 of us stayed 4 days.Terrific, as described. Very roomy for 4 people. Kayaks and canoes were great. But set your expectation on swimming: Check local health dept rating on algae, knowing it changes over the summer. Also, the water is copper-colored which may diminish your enthusiasm to swim.

Summary: This lake house is incredible and our family of 4 loved everything about it. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, maintained, and stocked with everything a guest could want or need. The pictures dont even do it justice and the entire home was spotlessly clean. Steps to the lake right out the back door, we enjoyed the provided kayaks, fire pit, deck...all of it. You don’t even need to leave the property to have an amazing lake vacation. The host Cassie is phenomenal and her attention to detail as to big and small things is exceptional. She made us feel welcome before we even arrived and truly pampers her guests the entire time. She was so amazing with information, we barely had any questions, but the few we had were answered within minutes. We will definitely want to enjoy this place again!

Summary: Our party was 4 adults and two young children, and this rental was absolutely perfect for us! The house was clean, well stocked with a kitchen with updated appliances and everything we needed to cook a family meal for about 16 people. The lake is just beautiful, and we enjoyed the fire pit nightly. We had a blast doing our first family canoe and kayak outing, and fishing off the dock. The renter was quickly responsive to any questions, and everything was very easy-from coming to leaving.

Summary: This lake house was an absolute pleasure to rent. From the incredible view to the good fishing to the eagles in the tree, I couldn’t recommend this property higher. The house itself was beautiful and clean and the host was very nice. Minutes from Greenwich Bay and a short distance to the beach.
