Negative: beds were slightly uncomfortable, and more covers in the winter season would have made it more comfortable

Positive: The house was in a great location, very private with a nice big yard. There is a group of deer (about 7 or 8) that frequent the property, that we're really cute. The house was clean and comfortable. The customer service here was exceptional! The A/C died (on the 4th of July), and the technician couldn't get there until the next day due to the holiday, so Steven came over and installed a window unit to cool the house off temporarily until the technician got there the following day. It was sweltering out, so we were extremely grateful.

Negative: Only (very) minor issue I can think of, was that It was nearby to some train tracks, so you could hear the train when it blew it's whistle, but in the house it wasn't too loud
