Positive: The location is ideal, with a spacious living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The large TV provides excellent entertainment. The master bedroom features a big, firm, and comfortable bed.

Negative: The loft double bedroom had a stench, and the wardrobe door was broken, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the double bed was too soft. Other than that all was well.

Negative: We couldn't close the downstairs bathroom window, but other than that we didn't like that, we didnt stay longer.

Positive: Well set up with everything needed for an overnight or two stay. Exceptional clean. Beds very comfortable. Property spacious and inviting. Will definitely return.

Negative: The plastic on the table top seemed to be unnecessary. The downstairs bathroom could do with a mirror. Wardrobe door in queen bed rooms needs maintenance.

Positive: Great house and location. Large open plan living area. Big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Very clean. Overall very good and would recommend it!

Negative: The washing machine is broken. The kitchen has lots of plates/bowls/glasses/cutlery. Also has an air fryer. But we did find it hard to make/serve a meal for 6 people as there was only one chopping board and one baking tray and no salad bowl. There was also no paper towel, tea towels or oven mits which made it hard to get anything out of the oven or dry dishes.

Positive: The location was good, there was a nice walk down to witches falls starting just around the corner. It was only 2 min drive away from Iga and a few little restaurants and cafes. Kids loved the basketball ring and fire pit. There were also some nice little extras provided - bread, milk, butter. The beds were comfy too.
