Positive: Nice place and the owner was great

Negative: The bed that we slept on had a broken base, which meant we were sleeping on severe lean. I ended up sleeping on the floor due to this.

Positive: The house itself was spacious and a beautiful backyard. Plenty of cutlery and crockery.. Good Court location, quiet. The lady who came to clean after we arrived was very accommodating.

Negative: The owner still has all his junk in the cupboards and under the bed. No heaters in the bedrooms except one which did not have a wall socket to plug it in. Had to take the portable heaters with extension leads from lounge and dining and use them in the bedrooms. No welcome pack with instructions to use TV appliances. Or WiFi. The back porch had all kinds of rubbish lying around and the garden furniture was too dirty to sit on. Can be a nice facility if it's cleaned up.
