Summary: Nice sparkling clean place. Hotel quality beds ,in safe east side of Haller lake neighborhood(not west side near the Aurora ave chaos(Hwy99).. has a full kitchen with all the appliances/cookware needed if travelers want tp prepare own meals. Have stayed mid week and have either been alone or had I or 2 of the other rooms occupied. This place is my go to choice when I need a night in Seattle and don't want to pay big $ but not sacrificing quality. Check in -front door entry codes + the code for room are quickly sent prior to self check in. Plenty of free parking + I designated spot given.Fast wifi.

Summary: Considering the great price, I found this place to be ideal. It was very clean, the bed was really comfortable and I slept like a baby. Thanks to the guesthouse owner for providing clear instructions and making my stay very enjoyable and hassle free. I will recommend it to others.
