Summary: First time staying in a place like this. It was a great experience. It was truly quiet, clean, and comfortable. It is easily accessible and close to great venues. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Nice quiet place to stay , convenient location in safe neighborhood. My choice for Seattle. Entrance door code and lock box combination for room promptly sent for self check in . Full kitchen with cooking implements available so visitors can prepare own meals.

Summary: I enjoyed staying here and would be happy to return if I find myself in the area again at some point! The guesthouse was located in a quiet area (a bit of road noise, nothing more that I noticed) and was very clean. I didn't smell any heavily scented cleaning products, I thought the bed and linens were comfortable, and I was comfortable with the building/room access system. Communication with the hosts was quick and clear, and my initial confusion around the parking situation cleared up as soon as I realized that the hosts had actually sent annotated photos as well as text instructions (

Summary: It seemed complicated at first but it was a great way to safe money for a place near UW. It was interesting to share a bathroom with other people but it was not too much of an inconvenience at all.

Summary: this is a contact less place. The owners respond via the app fairly quickly if you have issues. The place is sparkling clean. The kitchen is fine and there are places to hang out and work. The parking was confusing for me. but there are eight spots for rent in this house.,

Summary: Great parking space, safe residence! Easy city access within a 10 minute drive! Respect for the shared kitchen and other guests! Great spot for anyone whom has a vehicle.

Summary: It was clean. There was a fan in the room which I appreciated because the walls and doors are very thin and without it on we could hear everything happening in the room across the hall. The room is SPARSE. The lighting is stark and there is no mirror so you have to go down the Hall to the bathroom for one. In the bathroom there is no hook to hang clothes and also no toilet paper holder so you’ve got to balance the roll somewhere, It’s a cheap place to sleep in there Seattle area but I wouldn’t recommend it if you aren’t just arriving right before you go to sleep because it’s not particularly comfortable to be awake in.
