Summary: we had a little mixup getting into the parking lot but it was quickly rectified. a few missing items and new pillows, a blender, iron and ironing board were supplied the next day by the owner after a call. in less than a week we were up and running a able to enjoy this wonderful facility. thanks dan and leci
