Summary: Inside was clean and it meet our needs for number of beds and provided a place to sleep as we weren’t there very much due to wedding. One of twin beds had something broken because kept pushing guest to edge. One of queen beds had sunken middle. Outside and surrounding area was junkie.

Summary: My family and I were very pleased, my daughter’s wedding was at The Island House, so the location was great. The home was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The property was well maintained and plenty of parking for everyone. All appliances were in great working order, all the beds were very comfortable. All supplies, if we needed to clean, were there for our use. Communication with property owner was prompt. I would highly recommend this property for any events you may have in the area. Thinking about reserving it again for the New Year. Thank you so much for everything!

Summary: We took our children and grandchildren to Charleston for my nieces graduation and found this gem of a home to accommodate our crew! Easy checkin, spotless clean, kitchen and appliances very well stocked! Beds are very comfortable, nice back porch and quiet. Would definitely rent again!
