Beautiful new porcelain tile flooring throughout living area, new carpet in bedroom, updated bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and tranquil view of pool area from balcony. Ideal location to beach (800 feet away), parks, restaurants, seaside walkways and many aquatic activities.
Our non-smoking, no pets, sunny one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo offers an amazing view and is only a 2 min walk from the beach. Being on the top floor means no upstairs neighbors! It comfortably fits 4 (pull-out couch included). It's in a quiet Jupiter association with a private pool and a 5 minute drive to Harbourside Place. TV and Wi-Fi Internet, washer and dryer, new carpet in living/dining room and bedroom, tile in remaining areas of condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches a block away. The A building is located on the lagoon with the balcony patio overlooking the lagoon. The condo is turnkey and outfitted with everything you will need to make your stay stress free and enjoyable.
House Rules:
I ask you treat our condo with respect. This is a NON-smoking and NO animals unit.
All guests must complete and sign the HOA's rules and regulations 30 days prior to arrival and I will send you these rules as soon as your reservation is confirmed. The major ones are:
-No motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers.
-No animals allowed.
-No loud activities which disrupt other people.
-No parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex.

Summary: Nicely decorated place. Tranquil spot, and yet very close to beach access and ocean! Loved the amenities (new dishwasher, washer/dryer inside unit). Our host, Christian, was helpful when we had questions. Unfortunately, bed may be too soft for visitors like us.

Summary: We enjoyed our month at our condo. It is close to the beach and lots of shopping.It was easy to access the unit and we had a designated parking space so no worries about parking.

Summary: This little condo is absolutely perfect in every way...perfect location - truly 500 steps to the beach, and the back patio has sliders which open to the west where there's a pond with a fountain which runs 24/7. Perfectly clean, perfectly stocked with everything you'd need for a day or a month. Perfectly decorated, lovely beachy colors, comfy couch, just perfect!

Summary: We really enjoyed our month long stay at Christian's place. It was just as advertised. Clean, convenient and location is excellent! Also very well stocked with kitchen necessities, towels, beach items etc. Communication was also great. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Summary: My recent stay at this property was very nice. I found the condo to be clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.You instantly felt at home! Christian was wonderful to work with! The location was an easy walk to the beach. My only disappointment was that the HOA does not permit certain vehicles on the premises, trucks being among them. Even a guest, parking in a guest parking spot, is not permitted if driving a truck. That however is out of the owner’s control . The owner did everything to make this stay memorable!

Summary: This property was awesome, I was there for a summer internship and could not have asked for a better place. I walked on the beach beforehand every morning and after work, it was only a 10 minute commute to my place of work. It's about 15 minutes to one of the best malls that I've been to. There are a lot of good local restaurants nearby. The place itself has so many amenities, the washing machine/dryer was a life saver, as well as the crockpot. Christian is a great owner and answered every question I had in a very timely manner. Honestly, this property made this summer one of the best summers ever, could not have asked for a better experience. The only thing I will note is that there is never anyone in the guard station, so if you need to contact the guards they are never there and they don't really do their duty checking parking or anything. Other than that, JORC was an amazing stay and was a wonderful time!

Summary: Condo was exactley as listed in VRBO. Clean renovated , view over lake from lanai. Close to beach, one block, tennis golf and many fine restaurants. Owner was most helpful and easy to reach Would return Dr Joe. NY city

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was neat and clean. All that we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. It was only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner by the owner. We would definitely return to this condo in the future.

Summary: I stayed here a few months while looking for my next home and this was the just quiet, relaxing space I needed. Enjoying the lake fountain from the balcony was my favorite way to unwind from the workday and the beach was so close I could hear the waves at night. Christian was very accommodating throughout my stay and always replied quickly to any of my questions. He was also a great support, keeping me informed with community updates when Hurricane Irma paid a visit. This place really felt like home and I would definitely stay again!
