Summary: We have stayed here before but this time the room smelled terrible. There was a problem with toilet/bathroom and we had ro block drains with towels and keep exhaust fan on for our whole stay. We told staff but no offer to sort it out. Very disappointing for us as it was also expensive.

Summary: Little bit isolated - hard to get food in the area unless you get in the car . Very comfortable and quite spacious. No pubs nearby. Very close to Kingston Heath !!

Summary: Tried to get our bedding changed and was told they are too busy and the member at the reception said she would get into trouble with the manager if she gets this done as the cleaners were only doing new rooms.. three nights we have no cleaning nor change of bedding .. pretty disappointing
