Summary: The Quest was nice and clean and staff were friendly. Down side is it is has 3 levels and there are no elevators. i was not advised when booking that there was limited parking and that you had to book and pay extra for parking. Othrwise you have to park on the street which is a busy main road in Ipswich. The houses around to Quest are run down and graffitied and after doing a couple of laps i had to park 6 properties away. Not a nice feeling walking up the road when coming back late at night. Also spent the night wondering if our car had been stollen or side swiped whilst parked on a busy main road. Even though my room was towards the back of hotel, the noise from the traffic kept me awake during the night. I would not stay there again.

Summary: I found the doors were noisy and disturbing, but the hotel quality was very good. The staff were very helpful, apart from the noisy unit and entry doors the hotel was excellent.
