Positive: The staff made all the difference. Everyone from the guard to wait staff to reception to housekeeping were so lovely and just pleasant. Nothing was every a trouble, all our requests were met in a timely manner and service was exceptional. Hotel location was great, just near Fora Mall.

Negative: No fitness center but Anytime Fitness was literally across so it all made up for the lack of..

Positive: Clean and comfy, easy to locate, it’s just behind Fora Mall in Tagaytay Rotunda. Self check-in counters are available. You can avail of their birthday and anniversary packages. Parking space and swimming pool are outdoors. There are water dispensers in each floor where you can refill your tumblers for free, they also have a café and room services.

Negative: The window blinds, it has gaps, the overlooking view was residential homes (at least on the side of where we stayed), maybe they can use blackout curtains instead? Idk. 😅

Positive: The staff are really nice and they have free water outside the rooms. The room is also clean.

Negative: The view is not quite interesting. The bed is too high and the floor is not carpeted. A little dangerous for little kids

Negative: Rooms need renovation especially the bathroom. Bad smell in the room and toiletries were not pleasant to use. Towels didnt smell fresh. Only 1 lift working. You could hear the noise outside of the room

Positive: The staff were excellent and our kids loved the pool.

Negative: The room and beds (and particularly the bathroom) were too small for a family of 4. Lots of niggly issues > refrigerator wasn't working; window blind was faulty and broke; kettle leaked; sink plug was faulty; one lift was out of operation and so we had long waits to get up and down from the 9th floor; we constantly had to ask for towels as they only provided 2 for 4 people and there was no face or hand towels provided at all; We couldn't charge food to our room as they were having technical issues, so had to have cash on hand.

Summary: Could be really good as the staff were great, but this hotel is in desperate need of some TLC.

Negative: Dirty.. the bathroom needs a deep clean, appears to have mould on the edges of the shower doors and grout. Under the bed was very dusty.
