Summary: The room was small.and the street was busy and loud. That could not be helped. I got a break on the early check-in fee because of the rain. It was safe. It was located on a great street where I could get to all my basic needs.

Summary: The hotel's rooms were dirty in different degrees. Our bed was good, and we slept well. The shower was slow to warm up. There were few to no amenities. The TV worked, but we couldn't get it to change channels or to accept Netflix, for example.

Summary: We found hair in multiple places, the towels were dirty and stained, mold in the shower, and our ‘non smoking room’ reeked of cigarettes. The staff were very welcoming and nice. They just need to clean up better.

Summary: The room offered to me was opposite the road with a high level of noise. When the reception was contacted, I was assured of an alternative in an hour which never happened. The bottom line is that my sleep was deeply disturbed throughout.
