Summary: Big room, cold aircon but we were unable to change temperatures and it was very noisy during the night.

Summary: The staff were great. We got there checked in and found out we were given an old room that had dirty carpet and was very run down and dirty. They did say they will upgrade the rooms eventually but would have been nice to know it before. It was nothing like the pictures on the website. The kids bunk beds were broken. Carpets were filth. Blankets were old and made the kids sneeze. The aircon was dirty.

Summary: The room smelt musty. It was a great size room. Tap leaked out of the side. Aircon was not on when we arrived. Only 1 remote. Took ages to cool down the rooms.
