Positive: The appartment is big. It has everything you need for a budget stay, including washing maschine and cleaning facilities. The kitchen has everything you need if u want to cook. The location is very close to a tram or train station, making easy going to histirical center. The staff was very helpfull, we ask to check in earlier and they were kind to let us so.

Negative: No air conditioner is the only disadvantage in summer.

Negative: The baking sheet was so burned that we could not use it to cook our pizzas it should have been thrown away. The wifi did not work most of the time bad signal. No A/C in the place, that week it was 32 degrees. We did not sleep much the first night since we had to keep the doors and windows locked because of the small child. We bought a fan the next day to solve this. But the fact that the windows do not have ventilation mode and can only be opened fully or closed seemed a bad choice and even dangerous, The railing on the balcony didn't seem to be built to code and a small child could fall between the bars. every time during the night somebody passed on the stairs, strong light would blast the flat and the blinds did not help much but if you let the only "safe window"{middle one} open, people would just see inside and also the light would blast you every time it turned on.

Summary: Good Decor, Tidy but not though through.
