Positive: The receptionists are excellent & naturally so, genuinely warm & welcoming., the cleaning crew too are lovely. As returning guests arriving after a long haul & late, it was touching to have a knock on the door shortly after check in, & be gifted a bottle of wine & a jar of honey. I can’t remember the last time a stay anywhere was so acknowledged . The location is superb, safe as can be amidst the current anguish Ukraine is unjustly living with. Nothing negative at all to whinge about, we look forward to returning as for our routine purposes to be in Kyiv, its home from home. Comfy & calm, even through trying times.

Positive: Very good sound isolation from outside if closed windows. Good location, near Golden gates (Zolotoji Vorota), near a lot of reataurants like Chichiko, Kitaiskij Privet, Taiskij privet, Honey and etc. Very nice rooms, especialy with bath.

Negative: No Gym. No restaurant.
