Summary: Beautiful room, clean and freshly renovated. Very quiet, large room with a comfortable bed. Great stay close to Vieux Quebec with plenty of restaurants and shopping options. Second Cup is next door if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Summary: The staff was fantastic, and the room was clean, but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was incredibly loud - and would run then shut off, then run then shut off, multiple times throughout the night, which kept waking me up. The shower water also took a significant amount of time to heat up, and there was no middle ground: either the water was scalding, or too cold. The hotel is well looked after, and in a great location, but it's also definitely showing its age.
