Summary: We chose an apartment over a hotel as we have various food allergies. So much easier to prep our own food. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the planned short stay. My only feedback would be around the air con. Living room housed a large external vented system, which did the job but was very loud. The bedroom had a small system, requiring water, which we found wasn’t large enough to really cool the room. On arrival the apartment was really hot and stuffy as these units were both off. Overall we had a good stay.

Summary: The apartment is at the top of an office buikding and it smelt of smoke, the biggest issue was that the bedroom and bathroom appeared to have extrememly hot air blowing in from the building ventilation constantly and it was impossible to stay in there. Had to remove the mattresss to the living room floor as that had a mobile aur conditioner and makse it bearable.

Summary: Inside the apartment the couch was very old. Bed was good and kitchen was OK. It was clean but the area it is in.... not very good. There are two stored very close by where food can be pirchased.

Summary: I payed for 2 adults 1 child but when we got into the apartment there was only a double bed and a small sofa not suitable for sleeping

Summary: The Quay apartments are very good once inside. Well presented equipped, warm with a great TV, bed and shower. There's a couple of handy shops adjacent to the building which is very convenient. Initially finding the property and parking was tricky as no obvious signage. I initially parked my car in an adjacent street and used google maps to walk to the entrance (which is shared with another business). Once fond staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking is in a multi storey around the back of the property about 150m walk, so not too bad. Overall a good place to stay if the town centre location suits.

Summary: The stay was good lovely apartment itself, but couple bits that could be better, it was very cold only 1 heater in the room worked so was really cold with the children, bathroom light should be on the outside not behind the door. The battery’s in the control for the tv wasn’t working properly. Flooring was freezing

Summary: When arriving there was a car park available £5 for the night - was just around the corner Wasn’t expecting the space to be so well presented Great to have a kitchen Good location Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre Reasonable price for the area
