Positive: Excellent location, hospitality. Aunt Soad, Mike, Jocelyne, Hisham. Very hospital, cheerful, warm welcoming with smile and they loved to help me in everything. The location view on the mountain is great, calm and I advise the people visiting broumana to book in the hotel. All restaurants and supermarkets very close to the hotel. They offer nice Lebanese breakfast, which I ordered and had in the balcony.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Lovely stay with an amazing mountain view. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and helpful. Perfect spot for a getaway . highly recommended.

Positive: We met very nice people who were helpful and theirs hospitality was perfect, we feel like we are in our home. Jocelyne took care of us and she was always smiling. Everyone was smiling and taking care about every detail to make our stay comfortable.
