Summary: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower and water pressure very good. Couldn’t figure out the a/c but ceiling fan helped cool room down on an unseasonably warm March day. Street parking was challenging. Host did offer his driveway to park but I found a spot on my own so it all worked out. I recommend for an overnight stay or two while visiting Philly.

Summary: There is NO parking! I had to park 3 blocks away and lug my luggage uphill. Do not stay here unless you arrive by taxi or uber! AND there is NO TV in the rooms! Or common area!!! Ad says breakfast for a fee BUT there is NO breakfast options!!! Definitely not as advertised!

Summary: Shame on Hotels.com for not checking this place out before prominently displaying it on their website as a recommended place to stay while visiting Philadelphia. When they say "self parking provided" I don't immediately understand that to mean, find a place to park on the street three blocks from the residence. This is an Air B&B without the breakfast, without a television or a reliable network connection, without an elevator to the top floor and without a shower or a shower enclosure on the top floor. In other words; completely different than advertised on your platform. Like I said, shame on Hotels.com for not vetting their advertised accommodations.

Summary: The room was spotless, colorful, and cozy. It was self check in (no staff) but host was very communicative via text messaging. The only drawback was false advertising on Hotels.com about free off street parking (“a rare gem”) but I mentioned this to the host and he’s looking into it. Highly recommend!

Summary: Great price and location, clean, cute. Parking is street parking, not easy but doable. The coffee machine and waters are a nice touch as well. The owner/ manager was super responsive.

Summary: The size of our room was adequate for a couple. I don't know how big the other rooms were, so I can't say that the whole place wasn't family-friendly. Entry was convenient with the code. A hard key was available for our room. I wasn't able to change the room temperature, but maybe I just didn't get the technology. The ease of finding a parking space depends on when you get there, but after a bit of searching, we were successful. The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 5 minute walk to the restaurants on Main Street and 8 minutes to the Venice Performing Arts Center. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Good lighting. Quiet. I would stay here again.
