Positive: Short walk to town. Right on lovley park /walking track. Had everything you needed. Lots of extras included in kitchen & bathroom, entertainment. Very clean. Great communication from owners.

Positive: Location was amazing. Easy walk into town and right next to the river

Negative: No screens on the windows and no fans so no air movement. We felt that this house would be extremely hot and uncomfortable going into the summer months. Also heaps of games and books but necessities like salt, pepper, glad wrap, paper towel etc were missing. These are key items guests need. No screens on windows so you couldn’t sleep comfortably at night

Positive: This is a great location if you want to be close to the township of Stanthorpe. It is a short walk to cafes and restaurants. There is also a fully set up kitchen for cooking and eating at the house. The hosts provided lots of information about local places to eat and wineries to try out. Advance warning about booking early was good advice. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable.

Negative: We had some confusion at the start of the booking as there is another place with a very similar name. Unfortunately, Booking.com didn't provide the full address and so we had some trouble initially finding the house. However we found the owners were very responsive and helpful during this confusion.

Summary: Stanthorpe is beautiful this time of year. We had a lovely time and were very comfortable.
