Summary: Lots of parking at rear. Owner was very easy to communicate with via text. Cleaners on site who provided iron & ironing board on request. Lovely room and well equipped, clean kitchen. Very responsive owner and an excellent location - couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The arrival wasn’t very clear sadly. Also, when we arrived to the room we found that there were no towels, nor was there any coffee for the morning. Very disappointing. The positive of the stay was that it was quiet and their was ample parking around

Summary: Lovely building and fantastic sitting room for guests. Kitchen amenities also available. Bedroom well appointed but leaking shower needed looked at. Housekeeping assistant came to each room in early evening to check we were all happy. Nice touch. Would definately stay here again. Valie for money.

Summary: Although it is a B&B no breakfast is offered but there is a kitchen to make your own, bring your own food. The kitchen was filthy and a door cane off when my wife tried to open a cupboard. Definitely would not eat anything prepared there.

Summary: Property itself inside was clean and tidy - this property is obviously a work in progress and would love and visit again in say 6 months to see how far things have progressed.. rooms themselves are immaculate and definitely underpriced.. do need to look at the entry system for the property as front was not working and the back was erratic.. overall though was very impressed at the facilites on offer and location is superb..
