Summary: Nothing they can do about it, but the set up of the hotel is very weird. The halls (as you walk to the room on the second floor) were "wavy". The way the bathroom was - I had to keep my arm up on the toilet to avoid hitting the toilet paper. No grab bars in the shower, and it was slippery. Floor in room had not been washed (maybe a once over with a vacuum but there were spills in a few places. BUT the bed was comfy and the actual shower was good.

Summary: Positives - Room itself was very clean, but holly is in elevators. Could use some updating in maintenance period hotel had an od or that I didn't notice till I got home and went to launder my clothes and they smelled just like the hotel.
