Summary: The room had a couple small holes in the wall. Couch was not clean. Bathtub had marks. We just stayed the night for a late football game.

Summary: So, my 17 year old son came into town and I wanted to get a hotel room that was close to different restaurants, stores, etc so that he would have a variety of things to choose from. He was sooooooo happy!!!!! I took him to horrocks for the first time and bought him some macaroons, he had never had them before, I mean he was in a happy place so I was super happy!!!!! Y’all just might be my go to hotel whenever he comes in town ☺️

Summary: Would be nice to get a service in the room when you ask for one. When I checked in I asked what was their service schedule. She replied, everyday if you want. I said sure. None first day and it took two more days after requesting it each morning at front desk. I stayed there for almost a month end of 2024 and it was the same. Desk lady got kind of nasty when I told her I wasnt happy.

Summary: The front agent was pleasant even tries to make sure we had a room next to our family but upon entering the room it did not appear clean it gave the feeling someone may have been in the room there were stains on the couch and a wash cloth laying on the counter that appeared to be used the room just didn’t give clean. When I brought my concerns to the front desk they quickly mad the situation right I was very pleased

Summary: The staff is great and the location is super convenient (close to highway and main streets going through Lansing) The hotel is in fair shape. Lots of dining options and shopping nearby.

Summary: When i checked in on a Saturday afternoon the staff was changing so i waited 10 minutes to be able to chech in. Then we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. When i went out to let them know there was a large group of people waiting to check in. Since they only had one person working the desk i waited 45 minutes to get another room. The next room we got was a single bed room when i needed 2 beds, so down to the front desk i went again. The next room was good, so i thought. When i woke up in the morning after sleeping in the bed i realized under the comforter on the sheet were very large blue smeared spots. I didnt see them because the comforter covered them up. On the side of the bed up against the wall the comforter was all yellowed. The woman at the front desk was very nice. I guess if you want clean i wouldnt stay here.

Summary: I wish all my hotel rooms overall were this nice. However, it would be nice if you had a box of Kleenex and towel racks at each of the 2 sinks. Also, the 'kitchen' gal should come around to each of us when it came exactly 9:00 AM, to ask if we wanted anymore food, before she started wisking it away. Otherwise, I really appreciated a very nice breakfast.

Summary: The hotel seemed nice via the pics online. We check in the person was super friendly all the staff was. The room was okay. The ac didn't work very well and the toilet made a horrible noise every time you flushed it. It seemed like a party hotel. Cops showed up guest got kicked out. Not my style.

Summary: Great stay at the Lansing Quality Suites as usual, but the breakfast is definitely not the same. I hadn’t visited the area in a while to be able to stay at the hotel, and so I wasn’t aware of the changes. I was used to having made to order breakfast prepared as it has been for years. Now the hot food served is just like every other hotel (normal continental breakfast items, waffles, microwaved eggs and sausage patties). I also miss the home made Quaker oatmeal they used to have already prepared when I came down for breakfast. This time I had to pick what flavor oatmeal packets I wanted for the breakfast associate to heat up in the microwave behind the counter. Don’t get me wrong, the spacious rooms and good customer service is still there. The hearty breakfast is what made me reserve this hotel for so many years, but I may have to explore other options when visiting the Lansing area in the future. Tom is definitely missed for sure!
