Positive: Location is good Staff is friendly Hotel was clean

Negative: Air conditioner not quite effective Not sure why the bathroom did not have tissue papers. When enquired with front desk, they asked us to come to front desk to collect paper roll which I found quite wierd.

Positive: Beautiful lobby Lovely open view to lobby etc from all floors. Open concept is impressive. Cost of room was very good. Large suite. Was a 2 room suite as as described. Large bathroom Bathroom sink, counter and toilet were clean. Great sized walk in shower Lots of towels Lots of tables and seating in breakfast area Staff were very pleasant and always smiling 😊

Negative: -Beds we doubles not queens as suggested -Shower head needs to be replaced. Majority of water leaks out at the swivel point. (Very irritating) -The last housekeeper needs to be reminded to wipe everything down and fully clean...... Table between beds was not wiped down/cleaned and had sticky residue on it.... The grab bar in the bathroom needed to be fully cleaned. (These cleaning issues we brought to the front desk attention)
