Summary: Our tv was very difficult to operate. It required 2 remotes and much surfing to find network stations. Some times we just gave up! Our room keys were difficult and finally impossible to use. The manager was able to reprogram them. Having grab bars in the shower would be much safer. The manager was pleasant.
