Summary: Christy at the front desk was so sweet and amazing! Our first room smelled like dog and she moved us promptly to a new room. As for the property, things were dated but clean. Beds weren't very comfortable, but bedding was clean. Overall good value for the price

Summary: The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When we walked into our first room, the temperature was on 61. When we turned it up to 70 the room immediately had a bad smell. The front desk staff was able to change our room, which we were grateful for. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was not very busy. There were 4 guests in the dining area during breakfast. Breakfast was okay. They had 2 types of cereal, some type of egg and what looked like sausage links, juice, milk, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, etc. I understand it is difficult to fix food for people when you aren't sure how many will eat and you don't want to waste it. There was an indoor pool but we did not have time to swim. Overall, it worked for a 1 night stay.

Summary: Everything was great from the breakfast to the pool. The pool was one of the cleanest I had used in a hotel, there was no floating hair in the water or other questionable things. The breakfast was good pretty avarage had decent options

Summary: The only thing i had an issue with was the extra 50.00 tacked on when we arrived that we were not notified of. One was a 25 dollar hotel fee which she said should be added back to my card Monday or Tuesday and the other was a charge from city of Warrensburg that they tacked on. My total stay cost me 209.00 for a 1 room 2 bed stay for 1 night which i found pretty steep. It was just a grandma with a 4 and 6 year old.
