Summary: I stayed with my service dog. The hotel would not allow my dog to accompany me to the breakfast area. She said that the owners would not allow it. I tried to explain that was against ADA but she argued with me. She also argued that one of my disabilities was NOT eligible for a service dog which is inaccurate. I also had to sign something for my service dog which I have NEVER had to do before. I felt humiliated. I'm NOT happy at all with my experience and will be filing a complaint with the ADA and Dept of Justice.
