Summary: The staff was friendly and professional. Even being short staffed we were well taken care of. However, we did not realize that the hotel did not have an elevator. It’s advertised as accessible. But my daughter who sometimes cannot walk well or do stairs ended up being a huge pain to deal with. They were fully booked out so there was no other room options.

Summary: I was in town for the Idaho State High School Rodeo Finals. Things in the room were ok. Had daily & nightly issues with the key cards working on the exterior doors and room door. The tv remote didn’t work very well, even after getting new batteries. The parking lot was extremely small and was a pain in the rear end with getting in and out of the parking lot with a full sized crew cab pickup! Staff was very friendly and helpful

Summary: We went for the HS rodeo finals & all the pictures on Google showed a pool & we went & they closed their pool. I had very sad kids. And their parking SUCKS especially for bigger vehicles/trucks.

Summary: Upon check in we were notified there wasn't any gym but when I booked this hotel it advertised there is a gym. We were also noticed there isn't any pool right now. These things shouldn't be advertised if they aren't available. I specifically booked this hotel for the gym. Overall our stay was good.
