Summary: When we arrived the person at the desk was very helpful and got what we asked for without delay. The next morning we went down to breakfast and there were no eggs and the sausage were barely cooked so we went out. The next morning we had already decided to go out; but, on Monday we thought we would try again since we were leaving for the airport. There were no eggs or sausage! Also the weather warmed and we switched to air conditioning. It never cooled the room

Summary: Except for the TV that kept losing connection. All was good. The desk clerk was excellent. Polite, friendly and so helpful.
