Summary: The bed was extremely soft, which was nice and close to the highway. But the tv wouldn’t work, towels were stained and my room came with no soap. The towel rack was extremely rusted.

Summary: Check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. I arrived at 7:30 and had to wait for staff to finish cleaning my room. Poor lighting in the halls. Average customer service.

Summary: It was $60 a night. You truly get what you pay for. The property was old and run down, but perfect for a quick sleep and go.

Summary: This is not a place I would stay if I had other options. But it was race weekend, and even booking a couple of months in advance this was all I could find under $200 a night. I wouldn’t say it was dirty, it was just very run down and not well maintained. Both rooms had different, but equally disgusting smells. Both a/c units smelled like they were going to catch on fire when we put them on heat mode. Both fridges smelled rank and didn’t keep the two cans were put in them cold. Both carpets had that sticky moist feel so we never walked in bare feet. All the towels were clean but dingy and some were slightly stained. In one room the counter was falling off in the bathroom, the exhaust fan just made a loud high pitch squeal and didn’t actually do anything. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way either. Also in that room, where the smoke detector should be was just a hole in the ceiling with wires coming out. Although one room smelled like mold there wasn’t any visible. But the shower looked clean enough and the water was fine. We didn’t have any problems with service. They were actually very nice and accommodating at check in and I heard them on the phone being very nice and polite to other guests as well.

Summary: Almost everything about this stay was bad. It started with nobody ever being at the front desk. It took 10 minutes before someone showed up to check in. When we got to our room we didn't have any towels, soap, shampoo. We had a coffee maker, but no pot. We went to our complimentary breakfast only to find corn flakes and thats it. The shower was still dirty and had hair in the tub.

Summary: The front desk attendant was very rude and kicked my kid, who was helping me with my luggage, out of the building as I was standing at the desk checking in! The attendant pointed at a sign posted that included the words "No Visitors" and absolutely refused to help me -- and was actually mean about it -- because the No Visitors rule meant my kid couldn't even be *in the building*. It's a ridiculous rule to start with, but the way the attendant implemented it demonstrated incredibly poor customer service, and frankly, incredibly poor relations to a fellow human being. I also witnessed the same attendant treat another guest in the same way: she kicked them out of the building while they were waiting inside out of the rain for their Uber, simply because they hadn't paid the security deposit (but even though they *had* paid for the room itself!) When I got to my room, I discovered it was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom door didn't have a doorknob; instead it had pencil marks where the knob should go. And the front panel of the bathroom counter was naked wood with a cut-out intended for a tissue box, but it was only a hole and nothing else -- no tissues. I've never experienced such harsh treatment from *any* hotel
