Summary: I was coming to Memphis for a particular event. Circumstances were changing about the start of the event. I left my home not realizing that I was not going to make it in time. I call Quality Inn and informed them of my situation and they made sure that I did not have to stress out about my reservation that all was well. I was not charged extra and was treated well upon arrival. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Memphis. Staff is wonderful.

Summary: My stay have been really nice with the exception of one person who works night. She kills the whole vibe of this place. She's very loud and arrogant and lack people skills. I guess I disturbed her during a nap for tissue. She's the nastiest employee I've ever seen greeting guest. I don't know maybe she just treated me different. I can't believe she's allowed to service people.
