Positive: The staff was friendly, and their customer service skills were great.

Negative: A/C was not keeping cold at 62, room was hot at times; there was no closet; mirror not hung on wall but leaning against; bathroom was not completely cleaned; the linen was dingy (both bed and towels); the microwave was plugged into the lamp which took away from the guest using a plug which also had an electrical short because you needed to shake the lamp cord to get everything working.

Negative: I pulled the quilt back when we first got there and had crumbs and hair in the bed. The shower was a standing shower with a curtain that doesn’t keep water from splashing all over the bathroom. Got back from our event and it smelled like someone had been smoking in our room
