Summary: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was okay but the queen bed was not a full queen.

Summary: Yes, parking was excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Room was clean & neat. The only thing I had an issue with was there was no chain lock on the door. Maintenance man said he would come fix it in the morning.

Summary: By the 4th room we were satisfied, television in rooms were not working, but it was the weekend so I'm sure the issues have been fixed

Summary: After bringing all our belongings to our designated room, the key didn’t work. Then they switched our room all the way on the opposite side of where we brought all of our belongings to an ok room. We didn’t feel Comfortable showering without slippers because the condition if the tub. Then we had to leave to purchase breakfast because it was falsely advertised that free breakfast would be served. The pool was great for the kids but the chairs were dirty. This hotel Is outdated and can use a few upgrades. The best part was the kids enjoying the pool.

Summary: Needs a lot of remodeling and updating and security. What seemed like random people roaming the property late night yelling and calling out to others using profanity as if they were looking for someon. Walls and doors were patchy and could use replacing. Many of the metal elements such as faucets, vent covers were rusty. The shower curtain liner was mildewed and had mild spots along the bottom. Had to suck it up as I needed a late check in due to travel so I didn’t arrive until 11pm and didn’t want to risk not being able to find somewhere to sleep, I also just didn’t have the energy. But I would not stay here again
